Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting up with an old Outward Bound friend of mine from Hong Kong who is from the area. We had a nice long walk near the Hoogly river and he encouraged me to bust out my camera. In the sea of people sometimes simple observing seems more appropriate than creating photographs. We took two ferry rides on the Hoogly near dusk and poked around Howrah. Today I'm off on another 2,000km train ride to the big city of Mumbai. Last few days here on the subcontinent. Then Africa... get stoked!
