Descend from 2800m to Pario at 1600m and climb up to 2200m

Today we passed through the section of cloud forests we passed on Day 2 of our trip. We ate lunch at the riverside in Pario before a steep and long climb to Tulo Sheparu. Arriving in Tulo Sheparu was spectacular, a small town perched on a north-south ridge with spectacular views both east to Langtang and west to Ganesh Himal. We made friends with our guesthouse owner at the Langtang View Lodge, and I think the vegetable omlette was the best of the trip. The school, the village-life and Tamang culture was a nice change-of-scene from the predominately tourist-Tibetan vibe in the Langtang Valley.
