Just got back to Songdo from a week long ramble out in the hills in the northern part of South Korea.I was working for the Chadwick International Outdoor Education Program and stationed in the Bangtesan National Forest. The area was really beautiful, reminded me of the Smoky Mountains in the Southeastern USA. Granite stream beds, beautiful pools and crystal clear water. Pine, Oak and Maple forests and roundish mountains. At the tops of the hills we were hiking around on, major drifts of snow, reminded me more of the White Mountains in New Hampshire. I didn't have too much free time while working, but I did manage to create these two images to share. Enjoy!
