Part 1: Landscapes

Welcome to Costa Rica! The past month I've spent working long hours here in small village called Tres Piedras near Dominical, Costa Rica. This week on the TIP you'll find a two-part photo update to show some of the beautiful places we've had the chance to visit over the past month. Colin Crilley has been my partner in these efforts and we have been experimenting with a new techniques. The long exposure black and white images were created with a homemade ND filter made of welding glass, elastic cord, and plywood. We also have been working with a underwater case and a fisheye lens. More from those experiments soon when we release the a 4 minute video documenting the experience.
